The gym is tired with broken machines!!! Also, the second-floor smell from the cantina could use some serious attention!!! Photos of the rooms mislead about their sparse furnishings!!!

Great spot and big rooms!

Stayed for 2 nights and loved the roomy setup. The kitchen was super handy, and it was nice to walk to the nearby BTS station. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. Only wish the bar area was more lively. Price is a steal for this location!

fantastic central spot near parks and public transportation

I’ve returned multiple times because it's just a short walk to Asoke BTS, and I love that I can easily stroll to Benjasiri Park to enjoy some nature amidst the city hustle.

I loved staying here for 6 nights! The clean studio had a well-equipped kitchen, and the shower felt like a luxury after a day out. The rooftop pool was perfect for unwinding before dinner.

The spacious apartment offered quality amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable workspace. Although the pool area could have been better maintained, the breakfast provided a satisfying range of options, featuring high-quality products like fresh fruit and various cereals. The staff were responsive and efficient, addressing minor issues quickly and even arranging a convenient taxi to our next destination. A nearby 7-Eleven and dining options added to the overall convenience for exploring the area.

The external soundproofing needs improvement due to the continuous noise from the nearby motorway.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Studio Executive and loved the convenient location, just a short walk to BTS Asok. The room was spacious for Bangkok standards, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette for brewing coffee and noodles. The staff were attentive and helped us with transportation, making our trip smooth. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement.

The room was quite spacious with a comfy bed and all the basics. It had a mini kitchen setup with a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, perfect for making quick snacks. The bathroom was clean, with nice toiletries. Location was great. a 7-Eleven nearby and just a short walk to Asok BTS.

The location was superb, with easy access to Asok Skytrain and Sukhumvit Subway, making my business travel seamless. The Studio Executive room was well-appointed with a functional kitchenette, allowing me to prepare quick meals and snacks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing prompt assistance whenever needed, which was invaluable during my stay.

Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The staff was really friendly, they remembered me from my last visit. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the train station and plenty of food options all around. I especially appreciated the clean room and functional kitchenette, made meal prep easy!

It wasn’t inexpensive, but acceptable considering the amenities.
